What's in a name?
 

Well, the family is kicking around the idea of naming the boat. ( I'm not sure how you can top the name Mariah) but, some of the names the family has come up with are, Emotional Rescue, Family Affair, Family Ties, Makin' Memories and Quality Time.
I'm not sure if I want to name the boat or not. Has anyone here named there boat, and what did you name her and why.

When we first picked ours up the kids said "what are we gonna call it?"
Now she is simply called "Mariah" (saves paying to get a name painted on it :yes_grin:).
Or more often its called "Dads toy" by the kids or when the wife is talking about it, its more like "you playing/working on/messing with that bloody boat again?" Dont think the latter would suit for a name for it (a bit too long). :shakehead:

Everyone that sees the boat calls her Mariah. Except of course my wife, who explains to everyone that she's "my mistress". :D

I think she should be called My Vice... :rolling_laugh:

We were gonna name ours "Wet Dreams" (at the suggestion of our 16 yr old) :eek_animated:
Just haven't gotten around to it though.

On Post #7 , I have some links for getting ideas for a name and the proper protocal for "renaming" a boat that already has a name, cause if you don't follow them, you just gonna piss off them old Sea gods (mucho bad luck...)!
