Fuse Amp Size

What are the correct fuse amp for wiring system? It seems the previous owner replaced different size fuses for the instrument panel. Here is what I have.

The amperage size for the fuses are each dependent on what the amperage draw is of the device. Can you get access to your blower, horn, and bilge to see what those are drawing? Should say on the side of them. Once you know that information, size your fuse a couple amps above what the devices are drawing and you're set.

An easier option would be to remove the fuses you're unsure of and use a multimeter and bridge the the terminals that the fuse goes into. Set your multimeter to read amps and flip on the device and the multimeter will read the amperage draw. Most multimeters are rated for 10 amps so if the draw is >10 amps you'll blow the 10A fuse in the multimeter. Keep an eye out for that and if you blow it, it's easy to replace.
