B-3 upper yo b-1 lower?
 
Has anyone ever heard if i bravo 3 upper can be paired with a bravo 1 lower? Playing with an idea here and ive heard guys say it can be done, that you can change, just the lower unit between the bravo's. I have the opportunity to get a bravo 1 lower, for cheap, maybe 10 hrs on it.

The upper drives are the same for all bravo's (I, II & III). You will need to check the gearing in the lower unit to see how it will work with your upper unit.
